KEWAZO develops smart robotics solutions for the scaffolding industry. The robotic system “Geruestbot” provides an effective, cost efficient and safe transportation of the scaffolding parts during the scaffolding assembly process. We offer the world’s 1st smart onsite scaffolding transportation system, which operates not only in vertical, but also in horizontal directions, optimizing the scaffolding assembly process. KEWAZO’s robotic system is responding to the main needs of the scaffolding assembly industry, addressing the problems of understaffing, inefficiency and low safety. By using “Geruestbot” our customers will be able to benefit in multiple ways. The KEWAZO robotic system requires only two scaffolding workers to operate, which means that the labor costs will be decreased by at least 30 %. The solution creates a constant flow of scaffolding materials by implementing vertical and horizontal transportation, which increases assembly speed by up to 42 %. Most importantly, the robotic system addresses the understaffing problem by automating the scaffolding assembly process.
